I injured my hand over a month ago. I saw Dr. Kram and he understandably thought after reviewing X-rays that I should give it a little time. After 3 weeks the hand is not healing and so I have been calling for over a week to try and get a referral for physical therapy or a new appointment. After 3 messages (speaking with his staff), I still have no referral or request for an appointment. I am disheartened that a medical practice can't follow up after this much time and this many calls. Very knowledgeable and explanatory physician
I really cannot say enough positive things about my visit as I walked to the car I could feel no discomfort. I applied ice for 20 minutes throughout the day and evening. I couldn’t tell when the numbing agent left and the Cortizone began. All I can say is I’m ready to walk miles and that is due to the terrific care from Dr. Kram.
Dr Kram is terrific. Patient, thorough, communicates clearly and good with kids (and their parents). Highly recommended.
