Great company! Have had my fence for over a year and it works great, even with my older dogs. The customer service from this company is perfect. This is not a company that makes a sale and then forgets about you. They have stood by their equipment and seen to our every need as our pet family has grown. If you have a question or need a part just call. You don't see this kind of customer service anymore!!
They deserve zero stars. They "trained" our dog. After 5 minutes of vague interaction around the warning zone of the invisible fence, with the collar prongs shielded they proceeded to remove the shielding and allow our dog to be shocked twice. The preparatory training was way too short. they put up flags so they were spaced at least 10 ft apart that is, about half the number of flags there should have been. As a consequence our dog will not walk willingly into back yard where she was shocked twice during training. She has to... read more
