Impossible to get on the ph to make an appointment so you have to drive all the way out to their rooms just to make an appointment. Also the communication is ridiculous. I was supposed to be picking up my son's blood results from reception. I confirmed this the previous day and when I got there, they were nowhere to be found and I was forced to wait 30 mins for them to find it.
