After 10+ calls to other emergency dentists I’d come to expect a delay and dismissive response to the excruciating pain I was in. I was quickly proven wrong. We are very pleased with the service of the Professional Team of DDC. Jessica and Shelly are always nice and helpful at the front desk. Ms. Mandy is awesome!!! for the myobrace program. Se knows what she is doing and always have an answer for our questions and a very unique way to get my daughter to show interest towards her treatment.

As is always the case in my 2+ years of receiving dental care at Derby Dental my experience was exceptional. Dr. Gunnel and his assistant were on time and the care provided was thorough and professional in every respect. Dr. Gunnel is personable and ensures that the patient knows what to expect and is comfortable during the procedure.
Greeted by name when we come through the door, amazing service, can’t say enough positive things about Derby Dental Care!! We avoided the dentist for longer than I care to say, due to bad experiences with Hygienist’s. The moment Tammy started cleaning our teeth, the anxiety was gone. Dr. Gunnell took over to do the filings, and again it was truly amazing how well we were treated. We now go every 6 months, because there is nothing to be afraid of under their care!!
Love the communication before the appointment. Very welcoming when you walk in and from the Hygienist to the Dr. is very comforting and nice! I recommenced others to DCC that need a place in Derby!
