5 star prices 1 star cleaning, customer service, and attention to detail. Got the inside outside derby wash for $40. My car was already in pretty decent shape. Got the car back with drink stains still in the cup holder and small stains still on the leather seat. Asked them to revisit the car and they did so begrudgingly. I just picked up my from Derby Car Wash. this is the second time I’ve taken my car there for a simple wash vacuum and have my interior wiped down. When they gave me my car the interior was vacuum but the same marks and finger prints were on my dash board my around my gear stick. When I called the owner forwarded me to voicemail. I get the impression if you don’t have an experience car you won’t get good service. The workers were barefoot seating in a chair with their feet up.
