With everything going on right now, I don’t feel comfortable going into their offices and having the dr right in my face even though they are “taking precautions”. They refused to renew my contacts for a few months to get me by until we see how the covid crap is going to continue. Probably losing a customer because of this!!!
RecommendedAlways a good experience at Derby Eye Care! Been going here for years. Went to another optometrist once after moving out of Derby. Came right back. Appreciated Dr Marks so much, but Dr Banister fills his shoes very well.
RecommendedI would like to share my wonderful experience with Derby Eye Care. A few years ago I found myself in need of new glasses and a new prescription. As a 20 year old who had aged out of foster care, had no parents, no family, no insurance, and no money I didn’t know what I would do. My last eye exam had been 2.5 years before when I was still on state insurance. Dr. Banister AND all of his team are great. Dr. spends a lot of time with my girls and makes them feel comfortable. The staff are always helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help us. WONDERFUL customer service-- stuff you hardly see anymore.
Dr Bannister is awesome always feel like I am the only patient and nice to be listened to, know I am in great hands with my eye care.
