James is extremely honest and friendly. He made finding a car super easy and made sure we got the best deal, while also making us feel welcome whether we found something we liked or not. I would highly recommend Derby City Automotive to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!
A lot more trusting than other dealers. Got in a wreck a couple weeks ago and needed a used car with a good deal, and James helped me out a ton.
James was awesome. Gave me a great deal on my Lincoln and answered any questions I had. He doesn't pressure you into feeling like you have to buy from him and is a cool laid back guy. Definitely had a 5 star experience buying from Derby city automotive.
I cannot say enough about amazing James was! Start to finish he was very personable and worked with me step by step searching for a financer. He went above and beyond working on getting the best rate for me. He was the best and the vehicle (2010 mitsubishi outlander) is of amazing quality!
