Several times throughout the last few years I’ve had appliance crisis where I needed a replacement unit asap. This week I had yet another desperate need and once again I was taken care of and they delivered next business day. This is the only place I will buy appliances from! They have a good selection and fair prices! Nate in sales is extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. For many years he was a service tech so he knows the machines well that he is selling. Shane in service is wonderful if you ever need something repaired. Great store! Great staff! Buy local!!!
Deranleau's is the best. I wish we had learned about them years ago, but I am so glad we finally did and that they are close to where we live. Two days after my husband came home from the hospital, our Samsung glass stove top cracked from the inside out. We only had it for 9 months, and Samsung only made things more difficult. The salesman who helped me in the store was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. My experience in the store was definitely a five star experience. The delivery process got a bit stressful
We were very happy with the expertise of the employees they went the extra mile and had the mattress delivered to the Moscow store that we inquired about over the phone. We're not from Moscow we're from the tricitys and I would recommend anyone needing a mattress or appliance to Go see Nate and Bill in Moscow.
