The salesman who helped me in the store was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. My experience in the store was definitely a five star experience. The delivery process got a bit stressful
We were very happy with the expertise of the employees they went the extra mile and had the mattress delivered to the Moscow store that we inquired about over the phone. We're not from Moscow we're from the tricitys and I would recommend anyone needing a mattress or appliance to Go see Nate and Bill in Moscow.
We needed both a new refrigerator and microwave and Deranleau’s had exactly what we were looking for. With their helpful and friendly staff and a quick delivery service we had our new kitchen appliances delivered within a day. We have purchased several home appliances from them and we’re always impressed with their customer service.
We have been customers for 18 years. Have always had great customer service. Appliances have lasted as long as most do in this day and age. Bill is a great kid!
