Ralph came twice in a year's time and did my gutters, he was my guy! I asked him to come again to clean gutters this fall and was notified of an increased price of $65 because of "hazard" in cleaning rooves this time of year-okay?! Rooves are a hazard in general any time of year but anyway...I found this to be dishonest. I wanted the initial price honored of the first two times he came out, nothing doing.
