This is my most favorite hometown restaurant. People are great, prices are good, and the food bar is amazing!
All locations have gotten to big and to commercial. Our chicken yesterday was very dry but the noodles and green beans were very good. The food isn't as good as it was in the past. I'm not so sure they should feel to comfortable calling their food Amish or homemade. I have been to several Amish weddings now that my friends is genuine homemade Amish food.
We had a wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. Our waitress was very attentive.. everyone's food was delicious. We had 7 in our party...several different age groups from 18 months up to 60 something and everyone enjoyed their time at Der Dutchman. Thank you for very pleasant experience and we will return.
The food is great, not to mention the hospitality!
