I walked in BEFORE 9:30, was greeted promptly, and asked if I had been seen there before. I hadn't been there before but decided to try it because it was open later than others I had been to (that had already closed for the day). I was told that they don't take new patients after 9:30, so instead of just seeing me, the lady at the front desk took the time to try to find another urgent care open somewhere else.
