Mike is the best. Brought my son in for Physio for a sports injury and ended up coming myself for a back injury. We are both doing great thanks to Mike Laidley.
Each coach is extremely knowledgable and love to spread the wealth of healthy living. The atmosphere is second to none and everyone from coaches, athletes to every single member is very welcoming and supportive. As soon as you walk up those stairs you are a member of the family!
Depth has helped both my boys reach their potential, Depth has given them confidence and taught them the importance of staying healthy. When Riley broke his ankle this past year, Mike got him back into game shape and Neil always recognizes and encourages what both boys are capable of and pushes them even further. Thanks for everything you do for athletes young and old.
