Extremely unresponsive and extremely slow. It took a month to get my records transferred from the mainland. Even then, they seemed to not ever be able to access any of my past medical history. I had to start all over with multiple doctors visits in various departments. Definitely not a fluke when 3 different departments have the same problem with communication.
