Very disappointed in this company. After using them for years, my he is infested with termites.
I have termite bait stations through DeProw. Their service people are always friendly, thorough, and professional.
Worst service I've ever experienced. Unethical services!! They show up and spray when you don't have an appointment and then want you to make an appointment to come back to do the inside. Jack, in the office, is the rudest person I've ever spoken to. The guys who spray are kind and have no idea that Jack never made the appointment so when they show up unannounced they really don't know what to do.
