Bought an anniversary band to match my wedding band 5 month later one of my stones fell out and I had to pay to get it replaced. After picking up the ring not 3 weeks later another stone fell out. Donna was amazing in rectifying my ring and making it perfect again. Very fast process and very happy with outcome! Great place to create your piece! They wouldn’t let me leave until I was happy.
