Don't know much of this place, but I called to this place very kindly and polite to give to them FREE passes for adult and kids to go to a very good family show that is going to be in San Antonio. All I am going to say is that the customer service here needs to be improved. The person who answered my call was very rude and assumed I was saleing. She didn't even let me explain why I was calling.. Not trying to give this place a bad review but I do think the customer service needs to do better....
