It is abundantly clear the positive reviews are from a different company. THIS IS NOT THE SAME PLACE THAT GOT THOSE REVIEWS. AT ALL. My experience has been incredibly poor. I am sorry, but Amber has been so incredibly unhelpful in our process. Our very first time visiting, we visited an apartment next to the office. Immediately, she 'sold' us on it by telling us we'd hear phones ringing all day, and then slammed the door between the garage and the office to also illustrate the noise we would hear. The manager Sally has been amazing from the time I walked into the office, throughout the application process, through the move-in process and I've now happily lived here for 7 months. Maintenance - Joel, is very responsive and knowledgeable and professional. I'll never move out1
Horrible experience. Don't be fooled by the "affordability". The little you save in $ costs is otherwise spent in brain damage from dealing with a predatory (and largely unresponsive) management team.
Sally is the best part of this apartment complex. Management is great.
Moving in was great, nice apartment for price in Boulder, central location, access to bus stops, bike trails, neighborhood RTD eco pass included and free BCycle pass
