My lease is coming up to renew for my 1 bedroom apartment. Rent was @ $1035 per month when I moved in Nov. 2025. I rec'd a notice now that rent is $1613. Two days later, I rec'd another lease renewal notice that rent is now $1819. Needless to say, I have given my 60+ day notice to move. I have not received any response from the Property Manager.These prices do not include renters insurance, trash removal or the internet charge. Plus now on the renewal, they charge for gas. I toured the place a couple of days ago and the place looks great! Looks like a well maintained place with lots of amenities. The manager was very friendly and kind to show us around and share all the details that we needed to know. We are still weighing our option as we are considering moving from a different city but this place is definitely on top of our list.
Mostly is kept clean before, now the car garage needs attention they use to blow it out, not the last couple years. Elevator area on and off could be cleaned a little more frequently. Cigarette butts and dog poop could be reinforced. Otherwise I’m pleased with my apt, quiet, good neighbors, no complaints. Andrew deposit rent checks so we’re not penalized for your lateness.
