My wife and I lived here back in 2020 and we loved it! The community was awesome and Gina was super helpful anytime we had questions or needed help with a maintenance request.
This place is a joke management is absolutely horrible! They screw you every which way they can and rent goes up every year and prices Varys on which apartment you have. Hidden fees, they charge you for repairs, even if it’s not your fault. Takes a minimum of 2 weeks to have an appliance repaired. Building gets broken into and people mess with your property in the garage and management refuses to check cameras because it’s not their problem!! 2 weeks ago I applied and got told I make too much for an apartment. The next day I got $1200 taken out of my account for a down payment on the apartment I applied for. I got told I will receive a check in the mail. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. Corporate office won't help me I just get transferred to the apartment complex. WHICH btw they have temporary office hours of ONLY Tuesdays and Thursdays.
