Horrible management. No one answers the phone/emails. The building is dirty, not taken of at all. Dog poop everywhere in the yard. Smoking on decks in a non smoking building. No consequences. Used to be so well maintained & pristine.
I enjoyed living at the depot. apartment was nice and quiet, maintenance requests were always addressed quickly, and staff and neighbors were friendly
We absolutely love our apartment and the property itself. Andrew Clement (Property Manger) is wonderful to work with and makes anything you need help with very easy. We highly recommend Depot on Main.
My wife and I lived here back in 2020 and we loved it! The community was awesome and Gina was super helpful anytime we had questions or needed help with a maintenance request.
