I enjoyed living at the depot. apartment was nice and quiet, maintenance requests were always addressed quickly, and staff and neighbors were friendly
We absolutely love our apartment and the property itself. Andrew Clement (Property Manger) is wonderful to work with and makes anything you need help with very easy. We highly recommend Depot on Main.
My wife and I lived here back in 2020 and we loved it! The community was awesome and Gina was super helpful anytime we had questions or needed help with a maintenance request.
This place is a joke management is absolutely horrible! They screw you every which way they can and rent goes up every year and prices Varys on which apartment you have. Hidden fees, they charge you for repairs, even if it’s not your fault. Takes a minimum of 2 weeks to have an appliance repaired. Building gets broken into and people mess with your property in the garage and management refuses to check cameras because it’s not their problem!!
