I have had a wonderful time at this apartment. The setting of the community is very well kept and quite honestly gorgeous at all times of the day. The units span from brand new to the charming character (and well built—and kept) of art deco era. Overall, you get a really good feel for the heart of the tropical art deco soul of Miami Beach. A quick walk away to the mall too. Also, Carolyn is a fantastic property manager, both very welcoming and incredibly proactive. I really appreciate the whole team, too! Thanks, Josh

I’ve been living at Depot 16 Apartments for the past two weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From the very beginning of the application and lease-signing process, Ashley Cook, the property manager, went above and beyond. She was incredibly attentive to all of my questions and specific requests, making the entire transition smooth and stress-free.
