I had a very disappointing experience with this AC supply company. The communication was poor, and I was given inaccurate information regarding equipment availability. This caused delays with my installation schedule and negatively impacted my relationship with my client. Very unprofessional service. I was told equipment was available, and after scheduling installation with my client, I was informed it was actually out of stock. This caused unnecessary delays and damaged my company’s credibility.
