Myself and two others came by to get PreDHAs knocked out last minute. The staff were extremely helpful and professional and a great change of pace from the supporting agencies on Lejeune that typically can’t be bothered to help you (looking at you CIF). Awesome department and worth their weight in gold.
Never answer the phone
My only problem with this place is it really doesn't do walk ins or has a very unknown schedule for them. Don't come here and try to do a pdha, pdhra, or pha without doing it online and without having an appointment or calling first. Their posted hours are completely wrong and are not worth anything. They say they take walk ins and they do not take them during these posted hours. Call this place first. They will not change the hours even though they are useless and don't tell you when they will take people. Been turned away ... read more

When is your chance to go here or is ready to do and you'll get all the help you need.
