What a wonderful experience
for future reference, please get another front desk lady. She thinks she’s the federal government or the IRS because locational discrimination based on ID address is ridiculous and unheard of. I hope she understands that anyone can visit a city and receive a wax. Wax technician was amazing and the front desk receptionist was the complete opposite. The assumption is so trivial and immature and hopefully this can protect the company from a discrimination lawsuits for future reference
Aniya was really great, she’s so easy to wax with and made me feel really comfortable I would definitely come to her for my wax sore often and would recommend her to get your wax!
