I believe it was in 2022 that I hired Rob to repair and replace a section of my wood floor in my rental, which had moisture damage.He did a nice job on the floor,it looks great. When looking for the source of the moisture, he recommended sealing our crawlspace and installing a dehumidifier. I didn’t have his work check until today 1/23/24. It turns out that outside air is coming into the crawlspace thru unsealed vents. My HVAC company says the dehumidifier is not large enough for a house this size. Rob restored four severely weathered pine cabinet doors in my outdoor cooking area. I couldn’t believe how great they turned out; actually look better than when new. Rob is courteous, knowledgeable, honest and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend Rob/Depietro Contracting and will absolutely use him again!!!
