Staff is very friendly, professional, patient. The office setting is open & inviting; does not feel like a "doctor's office". The entire process was extremely efficient. I was very impressed with the people, the service, and the atmosphere!
It's been a great experience with the whole Depew team - special shout outs to Brenda, Karen and Dr. Ryan. I worked with them to help get my TMJ under control and can say I am in a lot better place than when I started. While the journey (retainer and braces) is not easy, it was definitely worth it and it helps to have such a friendly and supportive team behind you.
Staff is great! Brooke and Dr. Young made my son feel so at ease. Wonderful experience!
It was really a good experience talking to Dr Yound and his assistant. They took a very detail expression of my son's teeth and took the right measurements all over to correct the overbite for my son. We will definitely schedule for braces, and also I can recommend this Dr young to my family snd friends.
