I was at the salon on 2/20 with my 2 granddaughters. We each had a manicure and pedicure, one of them had a gel polish the other acrylics and I had regular polish. The staff was very nice and took their time. The girls were happy with their nails but both my thumbs smudged before we left so the man who did mine fixed them .But when I got home one thumb and my index finger smudged, now it is 2/23 , 3 days later and the polish has chipped off all of my nails.I spent a lot of money there and I am very disappointed and will NOT ... read more
Nails were poorly done look awful! All different lengths, shaping is bad, bumpy and drill marks. Cuts on several fingers. Did not listen or pay attention (not sure which) when I explained I was allergic to a product put it on anyway and then tried to cover it up. I will deal with the reaction to the product for the next week. Still charged full price (which is more than most places) and made no effort to make it right when I reached out. It was my first time going there because I heard they're awesome. I received a gift card so I went and had gel nails done for Christmas. The gentleman did an awesome job and I got many compliments on my nails. I left very happy. I went this afternoon with my daughter because I just wanted to get the gel taken off. The man doing it seemed nice but when I said I only want the gel removed it seemed like he was in sort of a rush. He worked quickly. I got my skin nicked and then when he was done he said go wash your hands and I w... read more
