LOVE!!! i have come to this nail salon twice with horrible damage from previous salons, and they have done incredible work to save my nail health. every person who has done my nails here listens, is friendly, and makes sure i’m comfortable! come here if you want cute and healthy nails!!!
I’ve been going to this place for two years and no problems until today. I called yesterday and spoke with the manager to make an appointment for today at 9am for whoever was opening since the manager won’t be there at 9am. I arrived for my only to find out the manager never wrote my appointment in the book and told I have to wait until she came in. This is the second time Iv got my feet done there , Let’s just say never again , the first time I got my feet done , when I went to take the fake acrylic nail off it ripped both my nails off , Here we are again I got my feet done in may , I’m not at another shop to remove the acrylic and this poor lady is damn near using a saw , it’s like the use cement , there products can’t be fda approved
I waited an hour in the chair to get a pedicure with cold water. The lady dried off my feet as if she was going to start them and left and went to do another clients feet that decided at the last minute they wanted to get their feet done. Didn’t acknowledge that she was about to work on anyone else or me for that manner. Customer service was trash. Left without getting my feet done.
Got a manicure and I am very unhappy with the results. You can see the brush marks. Nails were filed unevenly. I would not recommend this place.
