Did a great job. Can’t give 5 stars because they charged $1100!!!! The last time I got this done it was $300 (discounted from $500 with a coupon). This time, I’ve been so sick I just scheduled someone without getting quotes in advance so that is MY bad. But I called two other business after to get a quote out of curiosity (just to hurt myself I guess lol) and they both came in under $800. I was initially happy with Ryan’s responsiveness and communication when he installed a new hvac unit at my condo last summer. Since then I’ve had multiple issues with the heat/ac not adequately heating/cooling the house. The past month the ac has not been working properly, the house was not even cooling down more than 1 degree at times. Ryan refused to come out and look into it. He kept blaming the heat wave and the ductwork in my condo. Eventually he stopped responding at all, and I had to reach out to a different company. ... read more
