They were amazingly honest and great to work with! Another plumber had lied to me about the age of my water heater, telling me it was over 20 years old. He looked up the water heaters' serial number on the manufacturers website and found it was less than 12 years old at most and told me it was rated for 15-18 years. I still had a broken hot water recirculator that I needed replaced. Adrian is amazing! He is pleasant, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful always. I had him replace my water heater about a year ago, and it has been perfect! Sure enough, I suspected a water leak a year later. I called him immediately. He was so nice and helpful. I will need my home repiped sooner than later, and I will be looking forward to doing business with him again. Thank you so much. You are appreciated!

If you are skimming reviews, Dependable Water Heaters is an excellent service. For a little more background, if you're like me, you might take your water heater for granted, expecting it to just keep on working--day in and day out. When the water from the hot tap keeps running cold, it catches my attention. I had a water heater that I was expecting more life out of from our home remodeling project years ago.
