My water heater was having issues heating my water, called this guys and they showed up the next day, confirmed it was the pilot, and replaced it. Their customer service from phone call to in person was beyond amazing

The phone number on this website routes to a Silvios Plumbing. I had an appointment this morning with Silvios to look at my hot water heater and he no-showed. No response to calls or texts. I don’t understand why the phone number on this website is attached to the name of a different company? Something weird going on here.
He was very patient and took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered a ton of questions. He and the team replaced my water heater the same day in just a few hours.
They responded to replace it the next morning from my call and used a better hot water heater than the big hvac companies were using all for less money too. If you need a hot water heater or repair I would work with this company again as they were very responsive.
