Arrived at 1:05 for a 2 pallet LTL pick up waited till 1:55 I left with no freight I was the only truck there they just had a bunch of people standing around and they are very rude. Do not recommend

Dock workers and security were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with the shipping clerk, Isaura, was the complete opposite. Her tone was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during a routine pickup. As a professional driver, I expect basic courtesy and clear communication, especially when everyone else on site demonstrated it. I hope management addresses this, because behavior like this reflects poorly on what was otherwise a smooth operation.

Absolute nightmare of a company. I'm a customer of an overseas supplier. The supplier told me this company is handling the delivery and gave me a tracking number. I've attempted to contact ANYONE from this company multiple times. I was on hold for 6+ HOURS one time. I tried to speak to the "operator" but she kept interrupting me constantly, wouldn't let me speak before transferring me to another endless hold. She is an awful person.
