I can't say enough good things about the whole operation. Since Kartrina my family has stored our belongings in 3 different facilities on the Coast, one was God awful, the other was fine but nothing to rave about and IMO over priced, and now we're at Dependable and it's crazy the difference!state of the art, not a single bug or evidence of any pests have been found in the 6 months we've been there, the temperature is perfect, zero musty smell or dank air, and multiple entrances, elevators, and moving carts for your use. all ... read more
This Brad dude at the front desk is very rude to customers. This guy does not care. He lacks of customer service experience for his job. This guy is not friendly
