Charged $110.00 for a service call without doing any work. When I called, the first thing the girl asked me was how was I going to pay? I asked her how much a service call was and she said $141.00 if my line needs to be snaked out. I showed AJ where the access pipe was to my sump discharge line but he did not even open it to see if any water was backed up. He said water was coming out of the pipe by the ditch so that was ok.
