Over the last four weeks I have attempted to contact Deanna (accounts payable in reference to an owed refund) three times by phone and once by email. First phone call 7/2 10:36am. Second phone call 7/22 3:19pm. Third phone call 7/29 10:00am. All three times I was informed Deanna was out of office but they would give her my information and she would call back that day. Had a very good experience with the sales staff, Lee did an awesome job helping us find a trailer that met the needs for our family. The process was very smooth, both Mike and Lee were extremely helpful all around. Highly recommend!
Salesman (David) was great, showed us everything that met our requirements and was not pushy. The buying process was quick and simple. That's the good part. We went to pick our trailer up a week later, which was the date on our contract and they were not expecting us that day, luckily we called. The trailer was ready but it seemed like a rush job and so was the explanation of how everything worked.
