Informative and helpful
Over the last four weeks I have attempted to contact Deanna (accounts payable in reference to an owed refund) three times by phone and once by email. First phone call 7/2 10:36am. Second phone call 7/22 3:19pm. Third phone call 7/29 10:00am. All three times I was informed Deanna was out of office but they would give her my information and she would call back that day. Had a very good experience with the sales staff, Lee did an awesome job helping us find a trailer that met the needs for our family. The process was very smooth, both Mike and Lee were extremely helpful all around. Highly recommend!
