Awesome service! We couldn't find the key to the storage area for our trailer, and even though Mr. Lee couldn't leave his post, he went above and beyond by letting us have a spare key at no charge. Dependable RV provides amazing service, and Mr. Lee was a lifesaver. Highly recommend!
Purchased an RV about two months ago, one month in, there was an electrical issue. Gave the service rep, Cody, a call and he arranged a day for me to bring it in, at my convenience. Brought it in and the issue was resolved immediately and correctly, by a very knowledgeable service tech. When I went to pick it up there was a small cosmetic issue they missed, so I talked to the service tech, I wish I remember his name, told me that he would stop what he was doing and he took care of it there and then. While the purchasing process was smooth and seamless, upon really getting in to set up our brand new camper, I discovered it to be extremely dirty. I had overlooked the dirty floors when we picked it up, but once home I found the fridge had sticky residue in it. The toilet looked as though someone had used it. When you spend thousands of dollars I feel receiving a clean product is not asking too much!

My husband and I purchased a new No Boundaries travel trailer, and had a great experience. All the employees were super helpful, and easy to work with. Knowledgable, patient, and laid back! Would recommend if considering a purchase!
