I recently purchased a home where a couple of agreed-upon items were not fully completed. I had noticed a mysterious structure in my backyard that appeared to belong to my chimney. I was advised by my realtor to reach out to Dependable Roofing because they thought that was who completed the roof repairs. They had not, they were only part of the initial inspection team. We just had Dependable do our roof, brand new top of the line underlayment that was long over due. The guys came out first thing Monday morning the 27th and aside from some clean up and supplies that were left over and picked up on Wednesday, they were completely done on Tuesday the 29th! Awesome job by Dependable Roofing & Solar Cleaning! My solar system was removed. They re-roofed my home in six days and a new solar system was installed at the same time. The coordination between the roofing and solar crews was amazing. Our roof looks great and is guaranteed for 30 years. They addressed any and all concerns we had throughout the entire project.
