I needed to have my shake roof patched in several areas. Tom came out and explained everything in detail and honestly (had gotten other bids beforehand and knew what to expect). He was on time and the job was done in a few hours, to include the cleanup. Great customer service and no high pressure sales.

Good quality of work, excellent customer service & easy to work with, but for the price I paid I was expecting a bigger ("A frame cricket") job on my roof repair, and also for the additional roof tiles that I ordered and paid for it was not fully delivered.

Dependable Roofing did an excellent job. They called me within minutes of submitting my request, and then came out the next day and did the work. I told him what shingles were needed, he went and purchased them without adding a charge for the extra trip. Everything went great and I would work with them again.

Provided all services bid. Overcame numerous weather impacted delays to complete all tasks. Costs charged versus time expended seemed a bit high, but work was done with expertise and professionalism.
