The owner of Dependable Roofing wouldn’t ever give me an invoice or warranty paperwork after completing the work, despite numerous requests. When the roof started dripping tar onto my patio (which has ruined my patio), he told me it was a manufacturer problem and to work with them, which I couldn’t without the paperwork. He wouldn’t help me at all, couldn’t even tell me the product/line he used. Now I have to pay to have it redone, when it’s still under warranty. I needed to have my roof replaced due to weather damage. My insurance company provided me with a list of companies that they have worked with in the past. I went to the BBB to check the reputation of the companies and selected Dependable Roofing. Dependable Roofing helped me identify which shingles I could choose from if I didn't want to pay extra for upgrades. They showed up when they said they would and they even brought a porta potty.
