Fred came on time every time, and returned phone calls on time as well. He was there when he said he would be and never waisted my time. He worked with my budget providing multiple options for what I wanted, returning a couple times before deciding on the final product. Guys cleaned up after themselves daily. No surprises. Highly recommend.

The owner of Dependable Roofing wouldn’t ever give me an invoice or warranty paperwork after completing the work, despite numerous requests. When the roof started dripping tar onto my patio (which has ruined my patio), he told me it was a manufacturer problem and to work with them, which I couldn’t without the paperwork. He wouldn’t help me at all, couldn’t even tell me the product/line he used. Now I have to pay to have it redone, when it’s still under warranty.
