I stayed with this company after several complaints that I had over the years done being the most expensive and I can now say after years of experience the most unreliable. They came out to fix my spotlight which burned out, which is normal and broke the housing and continued to come out and repair it several times and now refused to replace the housing due to their air. That was the final straw for me. They are the most expensive shop around? Find a better place with an honest owner
Excellent customer service at Dependable pools. They got me everything I need to get my pool ready for this beautiful weather! I will definitely return in the future.
The service used to be great. I believe the company has changed ownership and now they are not always quick to respond. The technicians don’t seem to notice when something is wrong with the equipment. They are reliable as far as showing up and general cleaning.
We’ve been using this company since our pool was installed last year. They have always had great communication and willing to answer any and all questions, even outside of business hours. I know I can rely on them to be of service with any maintenance issues. I really appreciate them and know our pool and equipment are in good hands!
My old pump went out and I was having trouble finding someone to come out since it was around the holidays. They came out the next day to replace it with a new variable speed pump that was compatible with my existing equipment.
