Edward came to give us a free estimate to replace our Rinnai tankless hot water heater. He took time asking me questions and answering my questions. No sales pressure, making sure we both had a clear understanding of the options. I was impressed how well I was kept informed throughout the process. Including a delay in receiving the unit from the supplier, rescheduling the installation while meeting our expectations to complete the project on time. I would highly recommend considering Dependable Plumbing/Heating!

Amazing company. We had an emergency water leak and Edward was able to come out the same day. He quickly identified the issue, a hidden leak inside the wall that we never would have found on our own. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything he found. All costs were very reasonable, especially for same-day emergency service. Edward is personable, neat and clean, and does great work. He went above and beyond to solve a problem with a new dishwasher install. They also have a great text system so you know when they're on the way, which is considerate especially if you WFH. I would definitely recommend him and his company and will ask him back to work on future projects at my home.

Dependable Plumbing was fantastic to work with! Edward was so nice and took the time to talk to us on the phone to discuss the install of new shower fixtures. Nick and Tristan did an amazing job with the install! What should have been a small job, turned into a slightly bigger job. The team stayed in constant communication with us throughout the project. We will definitely use Dependable Plumbing for future projects!!!
