My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted to do for our outdoor shower and Edward really made it come to life. We collaborated and collectively come up with a few ideas and now have an amazing place to enjoy the outdoors while getting the dirty bits undirty. I have used Edward three separate times for plumbing needs at my house and all three times he was extremely responsive to my requests, came out very quickly after I first contacted him, and did the work efficiently and fast. One of the instances there was a faulty part that was leaking and he came back out and swapped it out for me when I discovered the issue. Couldn't recommend Edward more! He has earned my trust and is my go to plumber in the area.

This was my first time using "Dependable Plumbing, Heating and Air Services", and from the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and dedication to customer service put me at ease. I've used Edward a couple times now and each time I've been extremely impressed. Most recently our water heater sprang a larger leak, causing water to flow out of our garage and Edward was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule and get it looked at the same day and was able to replace the water heater the following day first thing in the morning.
