The first positive experience I had with Dependable Plumbing Services was with scheduling. The online scheduling was very user friendly and provided feedback to ensure my appointment had been secured. RJ and McKell arrived promptly and were both very friendly, personable, and professional. Dependable Plumbing was excellent! We got two new toilets installed, they took away the old ones. Two plumbers made quick work of removing and replacing both toilets. They called before they arrived, and were right on time. Friendly service from start to finish, will use again. 10/10 recommend

Edward came to give us a free estimate to replace our Rinnai tankless hot water heater. He took time asking me questions and answering my questions. No sales pressure, making sure we both had a clear understanding of the options. I was impressed how well I was kept informed throughout the process. Including a delay in receiving the unit from the supplier, rescheduling the installation while meeting our expectations to complete the project on time. I would highly recommend considering Dependable Plumbing/Heating!

RJ and McKell were so nice, found the issue with water pressure quickly, showed up earlier than first indicated, and overall just did a great job. Dependable Plumbing has done multiple jobs for me over the last year, and have been phenomenal. Their team is always professional, show up on time, communicate well, and have been reasonable price wise. Much appreciated!!

From the minute I requested service to the time the work was done, Dependable was nothing short of amazing. I received a phone call from Misty within minutes of putting in my request, she had a technician dispatched to my home within 30 min. Tristan, my technician, showed up on time and provided service fast, effective, and with the utmost professionalism. I had never used Dependable and quick search showed they had a 5 star rating. I would give them a 10 if I could. The entire team was incredible! Thank you for getting me ... read more
