The first positive experience I had with Dependable Plumbing Services was with scheduling. The online scheduling was very user friendly and provided feedback to ensure my appointment had been secured. RJ and McKell arrived promptly and were both very friendly, personable, and professional. Dependable Plumbing was excellent! We got two new toilets installed, they took away the old ones. Two plumbers made quick work of removing and replacing both toilets. They called before they arrived, and were right on time. Friendly service from start to finish, will use again. 10/10 recommend

From the minute I requested service to the time the work was done, Dependable was nothing short of amazing. I received a phone call from Misty within minutes of putting in my request, she had a technician dispatched to my home within 30 min. Edward came to give us a free estimate to replace our Rinnai tankless hot water heater. He took time asking me questions and answering my questions. No sales pressure, making sure we both had a clear understanding of the options. I was impressed how well I was kept informed throughout the process. Including a delay in receiving the unit from the supplier, rescheduling the installation while meeting our expectations to complete the project on time. I would highly recommend considering Dependable Plumbing/Heating!

By far the best Plumbing co experience I’ve ever had. I needed a new pressure switch and gauge on my bladder tank. What I didn’t know when they got here was that my bladder tank was also failing. Thankfully the tank was still under warranty. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a replacement tank to be found at any distributor within 50 miles. Dependable made sure I had running water even though my tank wasn’t working properly. Sierra worked with me and the Warranty company to get a tank shipped directly to my house.
