Had to repipe the house dependable plumbing showed up on time completed the job they went above board correcting some issues in the house. The crew that showed up ,they were very professional and extremely nice ,what I appreciate the most is how the office does their best to work you in and the crew shows up on time it was a three-day job to get the house repiped
Called dependable pluming in lake city at 9 am lady on the phone extremely nice appointment before 4 pm they got here at 2:30 pm and got the job done in less than 30 minutes Mr Jeff is a gentleman who knows his stuff , business done as it should. Thank you Mr Jeff 🇺🇸
Had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Called these folks Monday got appointment for next day. The tech was punctual and polite. Due to the horible weather conditions it was not safe to get on a metal roof to clear. So we tried from the kitchen sink. He took great care in protecting my cabinet and floor from getting messy. It's usually unexpected when you need a plumber. That was me yesterday. From the initial phone call until they had me "fixed" (maybe 3 to 3.5 hours) was pleasant. Everyone was professional and very nice. The two guys that came out went above and beyond to help fix my issue. It is hard to find good help these days ... these 2 definitely worked and deserve recognition for their effort. My total due was EXACTLY what I was "guesstimated" it to be with the initial call.
