The physical therapist came 3 weeks ago for 15 minutes and never called or showed up. The occupational therapy evaluator came 2 weeks ago and nothing moved forward. I had a horrific experience with this agency. My mom was under their care over the past month. The first aide they sent was ineffective and caused damage to my property by placing a hot pot on my butcher block counter. The second aide they sent was unable to lift and didn't speak English. Mind you my mom is 77lbs. Last Friday at 2:30om I was informed that my mom’s case would be sent back to the insurance company. She was dropped on the spot. This company is horrible. The manage is rude. They will neglect you. So I urge you to find another service if it's for you or a family member. Please find some one else. You will be in terrible hands with these nurses.
