It's very hard to do business with Mike Strickland and Dependable and not leave knowing you've made a friend for life in the car business. They set the bar for integrity and they care about you before they even meet you. I've never hesitated to send referrals and they've always reflected well on me by serving well the people I've sent. You can't go wrong with these folks.
Honest shop. Good prices for high-quality work. Technician Mark Van Tassle didn't quit on my job, which was a real head scratcher. He demonstrates the difference between a parts replacer and a true practiced Tech. Mark gets the most heroic fix of 2025 award.🏆 Dependable Tire and Auto get props for finishing the Troublesome job and not overcharging.

Couple of weeks ago my wife to her challenger in for an oil cooler assembly replacement and so far everything is working well and it only took it a day to repair. My only complaint is I do think they took advantage of her because 2 days prior she had a oil change and she told them to reuse the oil since it was only 2 days old but they didn’t and charged her another oil change in which she didn’t need.
