After my safe was delivered missing some shelf clips, it took 11 days to finally get all the clips delivered. I am only 25 miles away, these could have been mailed in a day or two. A minor issue, but I saw no urgency to get me these items which should have been delivered with the safe initially. It's unfortunate because the delivery was great.
Convenient location, hours, great service and reasonable price to re-key my new Schlage lock that the big box stores couldn't. Really nice safes too.

Able to program a 2011 vw Jetta key. Not many places can do it and they did it perfectly for a reasonable price.

Can't thank them enough. Called today as the lock on my safe failed. After explaining to Bill what it was doing, he provided a lot of advise prior to scheduling a very costly drilling session. Tried what he suggested and was able to get in. Will be scheduling them soon to change the lock out. Thank you very much!!
