No good don't call thos company
They didn’t show up for the appointment. Called them up, they said they’d be out in an hour. Didn’t show up, again. No calls, nothing. Wasted half a day waiting for them. Terrible service
We have had good success in the past with Dependable Garage Door in Yakima, and have used them at more than one location. However, this past June I needed them to come and fix our garage door opener. The technician was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, we’re now in October, and I still don’t have a working garage door opener. They were supposed to have ordered a capacitor in June, and each time I’ve called them I was told it would be 2 more weeks.
