My father was recently released from the hospital and he was sent home with an IV, I was told a nurse from dependable was suppose to go and change, check and draw blood from his IV, I've been calling and I get the run around. If you need a nurse please go somewhere else. Or if you want to work for this shitty place please rethink and work for a different company. I know of a way better company that actually cares.
Horrible horrible experience! They don't organize themselves with appointments!! I had a therapy session scheduled and when I arrived they told me they had changed it without even giving me any notice in advance. Then, I just went in today morning (5/6/2025) because I had my closing session which would determine if I'd need more sessions or not and when I arrived I was told they had canceled it because I didn't call to confirm my appointment which they had just to called me Monday of that same week at 7:57 a.m. to confirm th... read more
Extremely rude treatment of their employees.....no schedules in appropriate time frames.....intrusive questions about my health when my son ask time off to help his mother....I'm sure this violates HEPA
