Well I had a lot of problems with this agency H.D.H I was assigned to solonia, O. she sent people to me who didn't understand English or anything else for that matter I had aid after aid .Spanish ,Africans ,Haitians. Well they talk in they languages and I understood Spanish but the African and Hatain I did not nor did I care to teach the english language.
