This is a legitimate business. I just sold my property to them and the wired funds hit my bank account a few days ago. They were not the highest bidder (the highest bidder offered $100 more but I suspected that company writing fake reviews on Yelp), however, I chose to work with Dependable Home Buyers because after doing extensive research on the folks running this company, they seemed the most genuine, reliable and trustworthy.
