I will never use this company again nor would I ever recommend this company. I called at 9:30pm when my heat went out. Was told I’d get a call from a tech but didn’t get one that night. Next morning at 8:30am I get a call and couldn’t answer right away so I call back and was told a tech was on their way. 2 hrs later…..nothing. I call back and was told I wasn’t even on the schedule.
