Called on a Sunday due to our AC not turning on in the dead heat of the day. Left a voicemail thinking I would receive a call for an emergency call out, which I would've paid for. Never received a call back nor the next day. My husband called that Monday, explained the situation to them that the previous owners just purchased the unit three years ago and the paperwork still shows under warranty. The first time I used them it took them a week to get my unit up and running. I had to repeatedly call them to get them to my house. This time they never even returned my call, after I spoke with them on 3/11/2019. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Will never use them again.
Customer service is horrible. Dependable installed a new package unit last summer. The old 3 ton AC unit died, so we purchased a new unit. The air conditioner could not keep up, the house was 85+ all summer. We called and had them come check it, and they told us it was working fine and to be patient it's just hot outside. Had they told us that the new unit couldn't hand 90 degree days, we would have went elsewhere. Jump to mid November, the heater would not kick on. If it was possible to give Dependable heating and air a 0 star review, I would. We lost power to our house due to empire electric crossing some lines in the alley behind our house. As a result of this our central air stopped working along with other electrical problems around the house. I called dependable because of a recommendation from the claims department at empire electric. Empire had agreed to pay for any repairs needed for the appliances or eletrical. Thank you so much! I am from a big city and it's so nice to live in a place where people are so honest and genuine! Both times that I've had to have somebody come out and take a look at my AC or heat pump unit it's been you guys, both times I've been nothing less than impressed with everything that you've done. In less than 10 minutes today my problem was not only identified but the part was replaced!
