I had two commercial doors designed and installed by DDS. Recently (January 2025) the cable came off the track of one of the doors and was inoperable. I called DDS for service but they said it would be a month before being able to service the door. Since this was an emergency I contacted another door company to service. We needed a new garage door and this company has had 5-6 weeks to get our new door in. We were first told it would be here August 30th and now ut is Sept 13 and still no door!! The communication from this company has been deplorable. except for excuses. Great service. A company that does live up to it's name. I was in a bind because I had a car in the garage and since a spring was broken on the garage door, I could not open the door.
