My first time using these guys and I’m very impressed! I called around to all the local fuel oil suppliers and everyone was very backed up because of a cold snap and snow storms. Dependable booked me for their earliest available time which was 5 days away, they delivered right on time and even though the local price of fuel had risen drastically by 13 cents per litre they still honoured the original price from the day I ordered! After having tried a few of heating oil deliver companies that in general very nice, but then without my consent, started to pre-authorized me through my credit card. The worse thing was on my credit account, they pre-authorized twice. For example, if the pre-authorized bill was $700, I would see two &700 bills on credit account. Once I was pre-authorized automatically, I switched to other company. I have been with Dependable Fuels for years, which has never ever pre-authorized me.
Will never get oil anywhere else ! They are always fast, efficient and even leave the dogs treats sometimes. 10/10 recommend
