Very quick to schedule and get the work done. They kept me informed at every step of the way.
Sergio, with Dependable Electrical, arrived on the time specified and gave us a quote for installing two pendant lights. We immediately scheduled the work to be done. We chose the date, and within a few days the job was completely done to our satisfaction. We are completely pleased with the work and the politeness of the installers.

Great experience
A little more than I wanted to spend but they did a good job.
They did good work and finished it quickly. My only complaint was how long it took them to get started. My appointment was at 10 they called at 830 and said that it was actually going to be 11 and I was fine with that then at 1130 the tech called and said that it wouldn't actually be until 1 and then they didn't show up until 140 at which they gave me a quick estimate which I approved of and then they said they would get started in about 20 minutes because they needed to eat lunch. When our jobs at the beginning of the day run over there are times that it will delay our arrival to the next customer?s project. I can reassure you this does not happen often. I apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you.
Sergio and Alex were very professional and efficient. They gave a reasonable quote up front and actually added and item that needed to be done with my approval that Sergio noticed (I didn't think it was within their expertise but it was). Efficient work with clean up afterwards and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. I would hire them again for sure.
